Guidelines for completing the Application Form

Applicant’s Information

• Please provide complete information if you are an Individual Applicant or a Company.
• If you are an individual Applicant, provide copy of your Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC), National Tax Number (NTN), Postal address & Contact details.
• If you are applying as a Company/Partnership, you do not need to provide CNIC; however, mention NTN of your organization along with postal address and required contact details.

Applicant’s Profile

• Please mention the type of Applicant while making the Application by checking the appropriate box i.e. Body corporate, Registered/Unregistered firm, Partnership, Sole proprietorship etc.
• Please attach a Brief Profile of Existing Company Introduction, History, Product Range, Existing & Future plans, along with the Application Form.

Industry Outline

• Please provide details of the cluster/ Sector you are interested.
• Mention the appropriate size of the plot you desire for your project as per the feasibility study.

Project Details

• Provide proper Business Plan / Pre- Feasibility Report of your Project.

Submitting Application

• Read the terms and conditions carefully before applying.
• After successfull submition of the online form, a copy of the form will be emailed to you on your given email address.
• Application processing time is two weeks (14 Days).
• Print the application form and send it to KPEZDMC on following mailing address.
