5. Certificate of commencement of business (in case of
public limited company)
6. Copy of the memorandum and articles of association
attested by company secretary.
7. Affidavit to be provided with undertaking that the
company has a clean bank record.
8. Detail of any money decree against the company.
9. A resolution to meet financial liabilities of the
company.
Partnership, Firm or AOPs
1. Copy of the CNIC of authorized partner(s)
2. NTN Number
3. Partnership Deed.
4. An undertaking to meet financial liabilities of firm
and name(s) of partner(s) authorized to sign documents.
5. Undertaking that the firm has a clean bank record
6. Detail of any money decree against the partnership,
Firm or AOP;
7. Resolution of partner regarding project.
Individual
1. Copy of National Identity Card.
2. NTN Number.
3. Undertaking to meet financial liabilities.
4. Detail of any money decree against such individual.
5. Undertaking that the individual has a clean financial
record.
NOTE
1. Failure to submit any prescribed document(s) may result
in delay in processing unless the cause is notified.
2. Only NIC(s) issued by NADRA will be entertained.
Application(s) processing old NIC(s) should submit copy of receipt(s) issued by NADRA for issuance of
computerized NIC(s) along with copy of old NIC(s).
